How to Choose the Right OEM Sensor

Step 1 — Determine your integration level: Need a raw sensing element? Choose HM12-UC1 (bare die) or HM12-UC2 (welded element). Need a ready-to-install sensor? Choose HM10 (with housing) or HM12-UC7 (packaged transducer).

Step 2 — Select sensing technology: Piezoresistive silicon (HM10, UC1, UC2, UC7) offers wide range and fast response. Ceramic capacitive (HM12) offers excellent long-term stability and chemical resistance.

Standard configurations have no minimum order quantity. For custom calibration ranges, special connectors, or modified housings, the minimum order is typically 100 pieces. High-volume pricing (1000+ pieces) includes custom calibration certificates and dedicated production batches.

Raw mV/V output (HM12-UC1, UC2) provides the Wheatstone bridge signal directly — typically 50~100 mV at full scale. Your external circuit must provide excitation voltage and signal conditioning.
