System Architecture Overview
A typical HAMMOK wireless monitoring system consists of three layers:
Field Layer: Wireless sensors (HM200H, HM200J, HM210) measure pressure, temperature, and level at the point of process. Battery or solar powered, these devices transmit data via LoRa at configurable intervals (1 second to 24 hours) with ranges up to 3-5 km in open terrain.
Communication Layer: Gateways (HL10A) and routers (HL10C, HL10D) aggregate sensor data and relay it over Ethernet, 4G/LTE, or mesh networks. A single HL10A gateway can handle up to 200 sensor nodes simultaneously.
Platform Layer: Data arrives at cloud platforms, SCADA/DCS systems, or local displays (HL10B). Users access real-time dashboards, configure alarms, and analyze historical trends via web or mobile interfaces. The HL100 power and environment monitor adds facility-level oversight for equipment rooms and base stations.
