Product Overview
The HM23Y is specifically engineered for the extreme conditions encountered in oilfield drilling, well measurement, and mining operations. Unlike conventional pressure transmitters that can clog in slurry-laden environments, the HM23Y uses European-manufactured ceramic pressure sensor technology (AL2O3 or 17-4PH membrane) to provide reliable measurement even with viscous, particulate-heavy media.
With a measurement range extending to 220 MPa and operating temperature up to 120°C, the HM23Y handles the high-pressure, high-temperature conditions typical of deep well operations. Its fully stainless steel cylindrical construction withstands intense vibration and shock, while the compact 250 g form factor enables direct process installation in space-constrained downhole tooling.
