Product Overview

The HM200H is a 2-in-1 wireless transmitter that simultaneously measures both pressure and temperature, reducing installation costs and simplifying field instrumentation. With a pressure measurement range from -0.1 to 60 MPa and an integrated temperature range of -40 to 150°C, it covers the majority of industrial monitoring scenarios in a single compact device.

For applications requiring extended temperature monitoring, the HM200H supports external PT100 sensors (-200 to 850°C) and K-type thermocouples (-270 to 1372°C), making it suitable for high-temperature environments in petrochemical plants, boiler systems, and heat treatment facilities. Selectable pressure accuracy of ±0.5%, ±0.25%, or ±0.1% FS ensures optimal performance for different precision requirements.

The multi-protocol wireless architecture supports 4G, LoRa, WiFi, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, and NB-IoT, allowing seamless integration into existing network infrastructures. Data is transmitted via TCP, UDP, MQTT, or MODBUS-TCP protocols to cloud monitoring platforms. The built-in 38Ah rechargeable lithium battery provides over 24 months of continuous operation, minimizing maintenance visits in remote locations.

Engineered with a modular design, the HM200H features tool-free sensor head replacement and field-upgradeable firmware. The 316L stainless steel wetted parts and IP67 standard protection (optional IP68) ensure reliable operation in harsh industrial environments from -20 to 85°C. Optional explosion-proof certification (Ex d IIC T6) makes it suitable for hazardous area installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

By combining both sensors in a single device, the HM200H eliminates the need for separate instruments, reducing installation costs by up to 40%. Simultaneous measurement at the same point also provides more accurate process insights — for example, compensating pressure readings based on actual media temperature rather than assumed values.

LoRa protocol provides up to 5 km line-of-sight range and 1-2 km in urban environments with buildings. 4G and NB-IoT leverage cellular infrastructure for virtually unlimited range with network coverage. WiFi and Zigbee are suitable for shorter-range applications within 100-200 meters. LoRaWAN gateways extend coverage across entire city districts.

The 38Ah rechargeable lithium battery delivers 24+ months with a typical reporting interval of once per minute. Extending the interval to once per 5 minutes can push battery life beyond 36 months. Battery performance remains stable from -20°C to 60°C. The device sends low-battery alerts via the cloud platform before replacement is needed.

Yes. The optional Ex d IIC T6 explosion-proof certification meets international standards for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. This covers most petrochemical, oil and gas, and chemical processing environments. The flameproof enclosure prevents internal sparks from igniting external explosive atmospheres.

The HM200H natively integrates with HMK’s cloud monitoring platform for real-time dashboards, alarm management, and data export. It also supports standard protocols (MQTT, MODBUS-TCP) for integration with third-party platforms such as ThingsBoard, Node-RED, AWS IoT, and Azure IoT Hub. Custom API integration is available for enterprise deployments.

Yes. The HM200H features a modular design with tool-free sensor head replacement. Factory-calibrated sensor modules can be swapped in minutes, and the new module’s calibration data is automatically loaded. This significantly reduces downtime and eliminates the need to send the entire device back for service.
