The HM10 is a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor designed specifically for OEM equipment manufacturers who need raw millivolt output in the smallest possible package. At just 250 grams with a stainless steel body, the HM10 delivers ±0.1% FS accuracy across a 10 kPa to 70 MPa range.

Raw Sensing Performance for OEM Design Engineers
Most pressure transmitters include integrated signal conditioning — converting the raw bridge output into a standardized 4-20mA or voltage signal. The HM10 deliberately omits this layer. Instead, it provides a clean 70-110 mV DC full-scale output directly from the laser-trimmed Wheatstone bridge, powered by either 1.5 mA constant current or 10-24 V DC constant voltage excitation.
This approach gives OEM design engineers full control over signal conditioning, amplification, filtering, and digitization using their own electronics. If you’re designing a smart sensor module, an IoT edge device, or a custom DAQ system, the HM10 gives you the highest-quality raw pressure signal in the most compact form factor.
The German-imported precision sensing element is laser-trimmed for both zero offset and temperature compensation across -10 to 50°C. Thermal hysteresis is specified at ±0.1% FS. The HM10’s all-stainless construction (316L diaphragm, 1Cr18Ni9Ti body) handles gases and liquids compatible with austenitic stainless steel. At 250 grams, it fits into tight spaces on compressors, pumps, actuators, and test fixtures.
