Overview
The HL300 Industrial Data Acquisition System is a multi-function, high-precision device designed for real-time monitoring in industrial and research environments. It measures voltage, current, thermal resistance, frequency, bridge-based sensor outputs, and torque signals — covering pressure, temperature, level, and flow parameters through a unified Ethernet-based platform.
With built-in PoE functionality, all sensors and monitoring modules connect via standard RJ45 network cables, combining communication and 12V power in a single connection. This simplifies wiring, reduces errors, and makes system expansion as easy as plugging in another cable. The HL300 supports 4G, Ethernet, and WiFi remote access modules for flexible deployment across distributed sites.
Standard configurations offer 1 to 12 channels of simultaneous data acquisition, expandable to 24 channels for large-scale deployments. Each channel supports configurable sampling rates from 10 Hz to 10 kHz, enabling both static trend monitoring and dynamic waveform analysis. An optional embedded Windows PC (Intel Core i7, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD) with display integration provides a complete standalone solution.
Three software platforms are available: Dynamic Analysis for laboratory high-speed sampling, Record Management for factory data logging and report generation, and Cloud Platform for remote access via APP, WeChat, or web browser.
