With over 35 years of hands-on experience in process instrumentation design, Lin Jun brings deep expertise to HMK-TECH’s pressure measurement product line. His extensive background in refinery and petrochemical plant design ensures every pressure transmitter and sensor is engineered for real-world industrial performance.
Professional Background
Lin Jun graduated from the Automation Department of China University of Petroleum in 1989, one of China’s top-tier universities for petroleum and energy engineering. Since then, he has accumulated more than three decades of experience in the design, selection, and implementation of process instrumentation for major industrial facilities.
Throughout his career, Lin Jun has been deeply involved in the instrumentation design for a wide range of process units, oil product storage and transportation facilities, and utility systems. He has served as the lead instrumentation design engineer for multiple large and medium-scale refineries, overseeing every aspect of measurement and control system design from front-end engineering to detailed design and commissioning support.
His extensive project portfolio spans diverse applications including crude distillation, catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, delayed coking, sulfur recovery, and various downstream process units — giving him a comprehensive understanding of pressure measurement requirements across the entire petroleum refining chain.

Pressure Measurement Technology
Deep expertise in diffused silicon, ceramic capacitive, sapphire, and MEMS pressure sensing technologies — from gauge to absolute to differential pressure applications.
Refinery Instrumentation Design
Lead engineer experience for large-scale refinery instrumentation projects — crude distillation, catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, and sulfur recovery units.
